Some Universities In Other Countries Have Started Rejecting Nigerian Students Admission Because Of Ebola
Report reaching liveschoolnews.com.ng from students who intend to study in the United States of America (USA) has it that some Universities in other countries are now rejecting Nigeria students admission, especially in USA.
This is appalling. Why would they reject Nigeria Students admission, despite Nigeria being an Ebola-free country?
Nigeria is now Ebola-free country. it would be re-called that President Jonathan says that after an outbreak there are no longer any cases in Nigeria.
People here are shaking hands again, hugging, touching. These days, shops are open, people are working, and children are finally going back to school.
That’s because Nigeria is officially Ebola-free.
Twitter user @Idrisayobello shared one of those rejection letters on twitter and wrote,”Ironic thatNavarroCollegeonly 31 miles away from Dallas with an active#Ebolacase is denying admission to Nigerians who are ebola-free!”. This is ridiculous!
Its quite unfortunate,I hope our government should look into this new treatment meted on our people.
